Trip.com Connectivity Details

Trip.com is currently the largest online travel agency in China and one of the world's largest travel service providers. Statistics show that on average, every fourth Chinese traveler searches for accommodations through the platform.

Availability​

Availability will be transferred at the rate level and not at the room level. If you map multiple rates, this can lead to overbooking.

Example: Double room category with 1 free room and a "Breakfast" and "Room Only" rate. Here, both rates receive 1 room each. Within a booking, both "Breakfast" and "Room Only" can be booked.

Prices​

Only the price for the standard occupancy of the respective room type is transferred.

The interface supports the transmission of the following data:

  • Prices
  • Availability
  • Check-in and check-out restrictions
  • Minimum and maximum stay duration
  • Reservations are collected and processed
